BOOKING / CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to Brows By Leap, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for rescheduling and cancellation for general services.
Any rescheduling or cancellation occurs within 48 hrs time frame, you will forfeit your deposit / booking fee.
COSMETIC TATTOO APPOINTMENT
If you would like to reschedule or cancel your cosmetic tattooing appointment, you must provide at least 5 days notice.
Any rescheduling or cancellation occurs within the 5 days time frame, you will forfeit your deposit / booking fee. “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the deposit / booking fee.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping Brows By Leap schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. Brows By Leap policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.
